SHOWGROUP has always been a market leader and innovator, and is again breaking new ground when it comes to our Broad Based Black Economic Empowerment strategy by setting out to make ALL OUR EMPLOYEES OWNERS. It is this approach to democratic ownership that drives our transformation strategy, and together with it, all the dimensions of our scorecard.

Through developing an employee owned trust “Siza Bantu” we have ensured that all employees are owners in the business. Through democratically elected trustees the employees have representation at board level, which means that all employees share in the fruits of their labour.

In this way, we at SHOWGROUP, view the concept of empowerment as one of our core values. Our aim, through various programming and opportunities, is to achieve meaningful and sustainable growth for all our team members from within.  BBBEE is certainly not a front but rather a way of life within the SHOWGROUP community.
